Black, head-to-toe, is my go-to look on any given day that I'm in a hurry or just not feeling very creative in outfit designing. Fortunately, it's a classic, chic look that can be uniquely styled through accessories, like the feather-print head wrap & camo-print flats I incorporated in the outfit above.

It finally feels like FALL here in Oklahoma! To commemorate the lovely change in weather, I recently bought a floppy hat. Normally I stick to baseball caps or fedoras when it comes to hats, but I thought I'd give this style a try - and it turns out I actually love it! The relaxed look/feel of a floppy hat makes it a great accessory for any fall casual outfit. The change in weather has also inspired me to turn to burgundy/wine/plum colors for my lips & nails. I look forward to creating more fall looks in the coming weeks - bring on the sweaters, boots, scarves & floppy hats!

Denim-on-denim is a great "everyday look" - it's definitely on repeat for me, especially now that fall is officially here! During the summer season, I usually kept this look simple with just the denim top and denim skinnies, along with basic sandals and my favorite gold watch. With the arrival of fall though, I like mixing this classic look up with different jackets/blazers, scarves, shoes, and other accessories. For example, in the above look, I love how the animal print blazer & red heels "pop" against the neutral denim palette - two pieces that instantly "dress up" an otherwise casual outfit.
